One of four Sun City hotels owned and run by Sun International, a hotel group, at the resort that borders Pilanesberg on the south. It is outside the park: Kwa-Maritane gate is about 7 km away and Bakubung gate a short drive west. Rooms start at R3,726 a night on Sun International's own site, including resort entry and the Valley of Waves. For game viewing you drive into the park yourself or join a Mankwe Gametrackers drive from the Sun City Welcome Centre. Choose it for a resort stay with a park day or two added; skip it if you want to wake up in the bush.

No. Sun City borders the park on the south but lies outside it. Kwa-Maritane gate is about 7 km from the resort.
Is Pilanesberg airport open for flights to Sun City?
No. The terminal burned on 29 August 2023 and no scheduled airline serves it in 2026. Fly to Lanseria, about 127 km from Kwa-Maritane gate, or OR Tambo.
